Growth Manager
We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive client and partner acquisition for Galileo Studio and our ventures (WorkOps, RegTech AI Solutions). You'll be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end growth strategies: from demand generation to conversion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the growth strategy for Galileo Studio and its ventures
- Identify and develop scalable acquisition channels (inbound, outbound, partnerships)
- Manage paid media campaigns, SEO/GEO and email marketing
- Optimize conversion funnels with A/B experimentation and data analysis
- Collaborate with the product team to align messaging and positioning
- Represent Galileo Studio at tech and startup ecosystem events
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing or similar roles in startups or tech environments
- Demonstrated experience in acquisition campaigns and funnel management
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, dashboards and tracking tools
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Autonomy, proactivity and results orientation
- Knowledge of the Spanish startup/VC ecosystem is a plus
Digital Designer & Marketing

Digital Designer & Marketing
We're looking for a creative and strategic profile that combines digital design with marketing execution. You'll work on the visual identity of Galileo Studio and its ventures, creating brand assets, landing pages, social media content and communication materials that drive conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for web, social media, presentations and commercial materials
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity for Galileo Studio and its ventures
- Design landing pages, emails and marketing flows focused on conversion
- Produce visual content for digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the development team on product UI/UX design
- Manage and optimize social media presence
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital design and/or visual marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, web design and digital content
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads...)
- Eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility aligned with tech/SaaS brands
- High proficiency in Spanish and English for bilingual content creation
