Growth Manager
We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive client and partner acquisition for Galileo Studio and our ventures (WorkOps, Kura Compliance). You'll be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end growth strategies: from demand generation to conversion and retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the growth strategy for Galileo Studio and its ventures
- Identify and develop scalable acquisition channels (inbound, outbound, partnerships)
- Manage paid media campaigns, SEO/GEO and email marketing
- Optimize conversion funnels with A/B experimentation and data analysis
- Collaborate with the product team to align messaging and positioning
- Represent Galileo Studio at tech and startup ecosystem events
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing or similar roles in startups or tech environments
- Demonstrated experience in acquisition campaigns and funnel management
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, dashboards and tracking tools
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Autonomy, proactivity and results orientation
- Knowledge of the Spanish startup/VC ecosystem is a plus
Digital Designer & Marketing

We're looking for a creative and strategic profile that combines digital design with marketing execution. You'll work on the visual identity of Galileo Studio and its ventures, creating brand assets, landing pages, social media content and communication materials that drive conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for web, social media, presentations and commercial materials
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity for Galileo Studio and its ventures
- Design landing pages, emails and marketing flows focused on conversion
- Produce visual content for digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the development team on product UI/UX design
- Manage and optimize social media presence
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital design and/or visual marketing
- Portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, web design and digital content
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads...)
- Eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility aligned with tech/SaaS brands

Junior AI Engineer

Junior AI Engineer
We're looking for a Junior AI Engineer to help design, prototype and ship AI solutions in real products—from copilots and agents to RAG pipelines and automations for SMEs. You'll work alongside senior engineers and founders on ventures like WorkOps and Kura Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain AI features in web and SaaS products (LLMs, embeddings, RAG)
- Prototype integrations with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Build and evaluate prompts, agent flows and orchestration tooling
- Prepare datasets, ingestion pipelines and quality checks for real use cases
- Collaborate on code reviews, technical documentation and cloud deployments
- Research new techniques and turn them into measurable improvements for clients and ventures
Requirements
- 0–2 years of software development experience with an AI/ML focus, or demonstrable academic/personal projects
- Practical knowledge of Python or TypeScript and familiarity with REST APIs
- Basic experience with LLMs, embeddings or frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph is a plus
- Ability to read technical papers/docs and apply learnings in code
- Product mindset: you care that what you build works in production

Senior Software Developer

Senior Software Developer
We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to lead development of web applications and SaaS platforms at Galileo Studio and its ventures. You'll be a technical reference on architecture, code quality and continuous delivery on projects that blend product, AI and B2B business.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications with Next.js, React and TypeScript in cloud environments
- Define architecture, patterns and code standards across multi-product projects
- Integrate backend services, third-party APIs, auth and databases in production
- Mentor junior engineers and review PRs with a focus on maintainability and security
- Collaborate with design and product to iterate fast without sacrificing technical quality
- Participate in estimation, deployments and production incident resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or frontend-heavy web development
- Strong command of React/Next.js, TypeScript and testing and CI/CD best practices
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Solid judgment on performance, accessibility and security in SaaS applications
- Experience integrating AI into products (LLM APIs, webhooks, queues) is a plus
- Autonomy, clear communication and a drive to deliver value in small teams
